NW1 Partners and Marchmont has created a £100 million fund to acquire urban warehouses which are increasingly in demand for e-commerce.
So far the Last Mile Logistics Venture has acquired three properties in greater London which meet its criteria.
NW1, which is strategically supported by Delancey, has partnered exclusively with Marchmont, an urban industrial specialist with extensive institutional sector expertise. The Venture intends to acquire more than £100 million of properties with its capital and the typical asset size will range from £3 million to £10 million.
