Primary chilled distribution service provider NFT Distribution has secured a deal on a 222,752 sq ft warehouse at DIRFT Logistics Park, Daventry, Northamptonshire.
The warehouse facility, owned by Radial Distribution Fund (“Radial”), a joint venture with Bank of Scotland and Warner Estate Holdings, was let on an 11¼ -year lease, taken at £5.50 per sq ft. Radial was represented by M3 and Burbage Realty while NFT Distribution was represented by Innes England.
