Sports nutrition company Maxi Muscle has secured the Industrial Property Invest Fund’s 33,266 sq ft Unit 1 warehouse at Swallow Lane, Hemel Hempstead on a new 15-year term at an initial rent equating to £7.65 per sq ft.
The rent will be subject to five year upward review only. The rent commencement date has been set for 1st January 2009, effectively a nine-month rent holiday.
King Sturge and Lambert Smith Hampton acted for IPIF. The tenant was not represented.
