Mercedes-Benz has secured a five-year lease on Yorkstream Properties’ 105,000 sq ft MK1 warehouse on Denbigh Road, Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
The recently refurbished building has 5,500 sq ft of office space while the refurbished warehouse is designed over three bays and has a clear height of 6m.
Mercedes-Benz is paying a rent equating to £4.50 per sq ft and a rent-free period of four months has been agreed. The full repairing lease allows for either party to break the lease on the third anniversary, subject to a minimum notice period of six months.
