Electrolux Professional has extended its contract with Ceva Logistics, broadening the terms of the agreement to include transport services across the whole of Italy as well as collection and direct delivery services to end customers.
The extension of the contract is in addition to all other standard warehouse activities such as the reception of goods and checks on their integrity, product storage, order preparation and returns management.
As part of the deal Ceva will also manage the Pordenone warehouse in the north east region of Italy, where it will handle some 450,000 pieces of inventory a year.
Electrolux Professional is the global supplier of professional food service and laundry equipment and has been in partnership with Ceva since 1992.
