SIG Consulting, which specialises in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, has been acquired by AIM-listed business and technology consultancy Charteris.
SIG’s ERP solutions are based on the Dynamics AX platform, which makes it, like Charteris, a Microsoft Gold Partner.
David Pickering, chief executive of Charteris, said: “SIG will enhance our own Microsoft Dynamics capability, making the expanded business one of the leading players in the UK ERP Dynamics market.”
