Parcel delivery company City Link has taken a sub-lease on a modern warehouse at Silverstone Drive, Gallagher Business Park in Coventry from STP Group.
The unit extends to 42,125 sq ft and has a steel portal frame, an 8m clear eaves height and a floor loading of 37.5kN/sq m. It has four ground loading doors, a 400 KVA electrical supply as well as a canteen.
City Link will be using the unit as a regional distribution hub. It has secured a sub-let on a ten-year lease, with a five-year break, at a rent of £212,731 a year. Jones Lang LaSalle & North Rae Sanders acted for STP Group. DTZ represented City Link.
