Bathroom supplier TC Bathrooms is moving to a new £11m purpose built warehouse at PPG Land and Clugston Estate’s 28-acre Bretton Business Park, Dewsbury.
The company is switching operations to a new 205,000 sq ft headquarters and distribution centre after outgrowing its 85,000 sq ft Jubilee Way site at Grange Moor.
Martin Chalcraft, managing director of TC Bathrooms, said: “The new premises will strengthen our position as one of the largest bathroom manufacturers and distributors in the UK. Bretton Business Park is the perfect location as it gives us the space to expand our range further and enhance our service offering regionally and nationally.”
Work is currently underway on the new offices, with a move scheduled for January 2009.
TC Bathrooms will be joined at Bretton Park by wholesale photography company JP Distribution, which has signed up for a 48,000 sq ft unit, and A&J Fabtech, a company which designs and makes steel work for items such as chimneys, bridges and pressure vessels.
