By wpengineDevelopers Wilson Bowden and joint venture partner Miller Birch have launched plans for a new business park at Sinfin Moor in Chellaston, Derbyshire.
The proposed plans could see the creation of over one million sq ft of industrial, warehouse and office space.
The development incorporates a new link road between the A50 to the south and Wilmore Road to the north of Derby.
