UK clothing manufacturer and supplier Uneek Clothing Company is relocating its distribution facilities from Hertfordshire to the North West.
The company has agreed a new ten-year lease on Bluemantle’s 136,000 sq ft warehouse on Wirral Business Park, Upton, located near Junction 3 of the M53 motorway.
The deal enables it to relocate its distribution facilities to the North West. The company’s head office will remain in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Phil Morley of Jones Lang LaSalle said: “Uneek Clothing was attracted to Wirral Business Park by the specification and configuration of the available premises. Its relocation will create new jobs in the area and illustrates that Upton remains an established industrial location in the North West.”
