King Sturge has been instructed by Associated British Food to sell the Pataks food production unit at Pearce Avenue, West Pitkerro Industrial Estate in Dundee.
The premises, constructed in two phases during the 1980s and 1990s were formerly a food processing and cold storage facility.
It extends to 37,559 sq ft plus service yardage and car parking. It also has dry goods storage, food preparation areas, kitchens and modern administrative offices.
The original 1980s section is a two bay warehouse which was converted for the current use, with the second section being purpose built in the 1990s.
Both units are of steel portal frame construction with roofs and elevations of profile metal cladding incorporating some areas of facing brick and with concrete floors. King Sturge is seeking offers in excess of £900,000.
