Schmitz Cargobull has introduced a number of new features to its Freepost curtainsider trailer which provides clear side access along the full length of the trailer.
The new Freepost has a new roof design using thin gauge galvanised steel sheets in place of the aluminium sheeting that has traditionally been used. The new steel roof has a number of significant advantages over its aluminium predecessor, says Cqrgobull, being stronger, lighter, easier to manufacture as well as being easier to repair in the event of a mishap.
“Our objectives in developing the new Freepost curtainsider where to improve on the everyday functionality of the original design,” said David Pressley, Schmitz Cargobull’s product manager (UK).
