DHL Exel Supply Chain has won a £1.2 million contract extension until 2010 with Rayovac. Rayovac is part of Spectrum Brands, the supplier of batteries, lawn and garden products, and shaving and grooming products.
DHL will manage warehousing and returns, dispatching approximately 10 million units each year to major high street retailers.
DHL Exel Supply Chain has provided warehousing and logistics for Rayovac’s sister-brand Remington since 2001. DHL Global Forwarding also consolidates supplier cargo in Europe and Asia and provides freight services for Rayovac to distribution centres in the UK.
