TDG chief executive David Garman is leaving following the takeover by LIT, the vehicle created by hedge fund Laxey Partners. Jeffrey Hume, the chief financial officer is also leaving the group.
Mike Branigan takes over as chief executive of TDG Contract Logistics while Graeme Rooney becomes chief executive of TDG Chemicals. Geoff Thomas is the new CFO of TDG.
