PPG Land has secured two detailed planning consents on its Link 62 development near Wakefield, West Yorkshire. One for a single warehouse of 470,000 sq ft or another for two self contained units of 250,000 sq ft and 270,000 sq ft. Letting agents are Strutt & Parker and Carter & Co.
