Developer St Modwen is helping a logistics firm to expand by agreeing to relocate them from one of its developments to another.
CML Logistics, which currently occupies a 32,000 sq ft industrial unit at Audley Avenue Enterprise Park, Newport, has taken a ten-year lease on a 76,243 sq ft refurbished building on the 20-acre Brockton Business Park, Telford.
Some 114,000 sq ft of the 228,000 sq ft business park is occupied. Andrew Dixon and Bulleys represented St Modwen.
