Leeds-based developer Sterling Capitol is on schedule to deliver a 33,000 sq ft production unit at Capitol Park, Goole, for Drax Power Station early next year.
The production unit will manufacture environmentally friendly biomass fuels to be co-fired at the nearby Drax Power Station. The 33,000 sq ft biomass processing plant will join Guardian Glass and Tesco on site.
Capitol Park has the capacity for 3,500,000 sq ft of prime commercial development available for sale and to let. It is located off Junction 36 of the M62.
As an integral part of the development, Sterling Capitol is building a new by-pass road through the site, which will provide a link between the M62, the port of Goole and the town.
Joint letting agents are Knight Frank, DTZ and Gent Visick.
