PPG Land, a subsidiary of Murray International Holdings, has secured two detailed planning consents on its Link 62 development near Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
The consents are granted for two separate distribution warehouse design and build options; either a single warehouse of 470,000 sq ft or two self-contained units of 250,000 sq ft and 270,000 sq ft.
The news follows the successful completion, earlier in the summer, of phase one which consists of two distribution warehouses, the first totalling 105,000 sq ft and the second 63,000 sq ft.
Mark Rudolph, of PPG Land comments: “These detailed consents allow us to respond extremely quickly to occupiers where time is a vital issue in securing these types of facility.”
Located to the south east of Leeds at Junction 31 of the M62 near Wakefield, Link 62 provides immediate access to the motorway network and the port of Liverpool and the Humber ports of Immingham, Hull Grimsby and Goole.
