Linpac Allibert, a designer and manufacturer of Returnable Transit Packaging, such as plastic pallets and containers, for the retail, automotive and general industry sectors across the UK and Europe, has taken a 30,000 sq ft warehouse at Wrenbridge’s Mariner Park on the Lichfield Road Industrial Estate, Tamworth.
Linpac Allibert has signed a ten-year lease with a six-year break at £5 per sq ft with three months free. It is a new location for the company, to serve a new contract it has recently won with Aldi.
All units have a 6m eaves height, twin electrically-operated loading access doors, and painted concrete floors. Only Unit one of 30,259 sq ft is now still available.
