Honda Motor India, is to roll out Servigistics Service Parts Management to reduce inventory and increase demand satisfaction across India. Entercoms India, a strategic partner of Servigistics, will implement the solution and support it.
Honda Motor India’s primary focus is providing service parts for Honda Siel Cars India, Honda Motorcycles and scooters India, and Honda Siel Power Products India.
Honda selected the Servigistics solution for its ability to handle multiple layered locations and to minimise excess by enabling transfers between locations. Once implemented, the solution will increase planner efficiency and decrease the delivery lead time to dealers across India by improving part availability while bolstering customer satisfaction and loyalty.
