Online bookseller Better World Books has taken a 15,000 sq ft warehouse and office base at Castle Industrial Centre at Queensferry Road on a two-year lease with a one-year break option at a rent of £3.75 per sq ft. The unit is part of a larger 60,000 sq ft warehouse, which is owned by landlord, Alloa Warehousing. King Sturge advised Better World Books, while James Barr acted for the landlord.
