Lloyd Fraser Contracts has chosen Vacu-Lug’s tyre fleet management system for its Manor Bakeries contract.
Under the deal Yokohama tyres will be fitted to the steer axles of all 38 Manor Bakeiries-dedicated MAN tractor units, and Vacu-Lug’s Duramold retread tyres will be fitted to the 120-strong trailer fleet.
The deal is a pence-per-kilometre contract based on the truck and trailer fleet’s anticipated monthly mileage.
Service will be centred around Lloyd Fraser’s Rugby base with country-wide back-up and emergency assistance provided by Vacu-Lug’s network of service-partners.
The service delivered to Lloyd Fraser will be monitored and controlled by Vacu-Lug’s operations team using Vacu-Lug Fleet Management, the company’s online tyre management and reporting system.
