Yorkshire-based vegetable oil products supplier Kerfoot Group has paid £1.1 million for two units totalling 30,000 sq ft at Opus Land’s 120,000 sq ft Opus 36 scheme in Goole.
Opus Land spent £1.6 million on the complete refurbishment of the former Fletcher Transport site now called Opus 36, as it is adjacent to Junction 36 of the M62 motorway.
The scheme comprises six single-storey units, ranging from 7,000 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft, and two offices. They can be rented or bought. The premises benefit from three-phase electricity supply and all mains services. There is a shared service yard and dedicated car parking spaces.
Letting agents are PPH Commercial and Dove Haigh Philips.
