By wpengineTransmec Group has completed the acquisition of Atiesse, a company operating in the logistics and outsourcing business sector.
The move strengthens Transmec’s position within the logistics sector in the Bologna, Italy area and enables it to develop added value services for its existing customer portfolio.
Atiesse has a turnover of 16 million euros and its partners include GD and Mandarina Duck.
