Packaging company SCA Packaging has taken Barberry Developments’ The Stanbridge Building in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.
SCA has taken the recently refurbished building which totals approximately 112,900 sq ft on a new 15-year lease. It has agreed to pay a rent of £4.25 per sq ft. Rob Champion of letting agent Savills said: “This significant letting is an excellent result given the current market and reinforces the sentiment that there are still occupiers requiring new space in the market despite universally difficult trading conditions.
“SCA Packaging is a local company which wanted to remain in Leighton Buzzard and The Stanbridge Building, following its comprehensive refurbishment by Barberry, fulfilled all of its requirements.”
