Joint venture partners Loxley Land and Property and Jaguar Estates have unveiled the first phase of office and industrial space at the 19-acre Magna 34 development in South Yorkshire.
Phase 1 of the development, located off Junction 34 of the M1 motorway, includes a 151,716 sq ft distribution unit which the Magna 34 development partners have teamed up with JF Finnegans to deliver. Phase 2 of the development will incorporate further office and industrial units, in addition to design and build opportunities, ranging from 806 sq ft up to 40,000 sq ft. Agents for the scheme are GVA Grimley and Knight Frank.
