Chemicals firm Croda has taken a ten-year lease on an 83,500 sq ft new-build premises at Capitol Park, Thorne known as Cirrus, from owners PRUPIM. The property is due for completion at the end of January. Gent Visick acted on behalf of PRUPIM, joint agents are King Sturge.
