By wpengineBook distributor Littlehampton Book Services has leased a 107,000 sq ft shed at St Modwen’s 630,000 sq ft industrial site in South Ockendon, Essex.
The company has taken the second-hand warehouse on a five-year lease at £1.50 per sq ft.
Joint agents Colliers CRE and Glenny acted for St. Modwen, while Lewis Doyle represented Littlehampton Book Services.
