Developer Sterling Capitol has won planning permission to build two warehouses of 600,000 sq ft and 300,000 sq ft at its Capitol Park Goole development in Humberside.
The buildings will be available on a pre-let basis and could provide up to 600 new jobs for the region. Overall it is estimated that more than 5,000 jobs will be created at the £200 million Capitol Park, situated by Junction 32 of the M62 on the outskirts of Goole, once the park is fully developed.
Outline planning permission has now been granted for the entire 305-acre development, which means Sterling Capitol is able to deliver new buildings on site swiftly and effectively.
As an integral part of the development, Sterling Capitol is building a road through the site, which will provide a link between the M62, the port of Goole and the town centre.
Letting agent is Knight Frank.
