Sports company MMA Sports has secured a 26,500 sq ft warehouse at Richard Hayward Properties’ 180,000 sq ft Fabian Park scheme in Swansea.
It has taken a ten-year lease at £79,500 a year. Lambert Smith Hampton and Cooke & Arkwright were joint letting agents.
MMA Sports has taken part of the building to satisfy its need for a new distribution facility. The location close to Junction 42 of the M4 motorway and the minimum eaves height of 7.7 metres was an attractive solution to the company’s requirements.
Jason Thorne of Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “Fabian Park offers companies high bay warehouse accommodation in an area which is convenient for Junction 42 of the M4 motorway.”
There is a further 153,500 sq ft of existing space still available to let.
