Nutrition Point, the gluten-free products supplier, has selected Kewill’s fully integrated Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system to help improve its order and invoicing processes.
The company has been using Kewill’s MessageBroker since October 2008 and has already experienced cost savings by processing orders more quickly.
The new system will enable employees to focus more on customer service as it eliminates the need for the manual re-entry of order and invoice details.
Mehdi Barani, systems development analyst at Nutrition Point, said: “After the implementation of a new ERP system, we decided that it was time to review our EDI processes. We already had a good working relationship with Kewill, as we previously used their client-side EDI solution, EasyTrade, to trade with partners.
“However, we required an outsourced, hosted system which had the ability to integrate into Navision. Kewill was able to supply a fully managed EDI service with seamless integration and the ability to process our orders and invoices quickly and efficiently.”
