Lambert Smith Hampton and CBRE have been jointly instructed by US private equity fund, Blackstone Group to market a 20.22-acre site in Hemel Hempstead formerly the home of the Mammoth warehouse, which was destroyed in the Buncefield Oil Depot explosion in 2005. The asking price is £7m.
