Developer Goodman has secured full planning consent for its £120m development of the former Andover Airfield site after Test Valley Council ratified the Section 106 agreementat its planning control committee on 31st March 2009.
The hard fought proposal includes 1.25 million sq ft of warehouse space incorporating a single building of 863,000 sq ft, along with offices and a hotel and conference centre.
The site will have direct access onto the A303, linking it to London and the South West.
The application is subject to stringent parameters regarding routeing in and around the town of Andover. Letting agent is Savills.
