Hermes, formerly known as Parcelnet, has selected EMEX to provide an integrated software solution to manage operational risk, health and safety, claims and compliance across the organisation.
The software will allow Hermes to standardise all data, improving the sharing of information across its network of UK depots.
EMEX Reporting and Business Intelligence tools will provide management with real-time statistical analysis and trend visibility, to aide decision making and implementation of proactive control measures.
