Vocollect has launched VoiceWorld Suite, a configurable suite of software products and tools that allow for easier development of voice applications suitable for multiple market segments.
The suite is made up of four elements:
* Enterprise Voice Connectors – interfaces to map work assignments from WMS, ERP, SCM, IM and TMS systems to the mobile computing device. VoiceWeaver provides a native interface to the SAP Netweaver WM and EWM solutions.
* Vocollect VoiceConsole – centralises management activities for voice-enabled workforces and their devices.
* Vocollect VoiceClient – supports 26 languages and provides accuracy through noise-tolerant voice recognition and speech output for end-user mobile devices.
* Development tools – including TaskBuilder and VoiceArtisan – provide an environment for the development of voice applications.
