Chris Evans has joined the international division of supply chain and logistics recruitment consultancy BiS Henderson.
He will be working with logistics clients across the world to identify management talent at senior levels.
Evans has held a number of senior positions within the industry at companies across the Far East, Middle East and Europe.
He will be working alongside business development and international director Larry Woelk.
Elsewhere, Jim Cleary, former chairman of George Henderson, has left the company, having helped with the merger of the company with BiS last year.
Andy Kaye, chief executive officer and Mark Botham, chief operating officer now run the company.
