A cut price European retailer has taken a 93,500 sq ft warehouse at Croudace Properties’ Barnwood Point scheme in Gloucester on a five-year lease. The company plans to use the new premises to relocate part of its distribution facility from continental Europe to the UK, to supply its chain of UK outlets. Noyes Lewis advised the retailer while Alder King and BNP Paribas acted for Croudace.
