According to King Sturge’s latest Industrial and Distribution Floorspace Today report while the total amount of available space in industrial buildings rose 5.4 per cent in the second half of last year, to 22.68 million sq m, the figure for the South West was 1.37 million sq m, a fall of 1.4 per cent. The only other region to see a decrease was East Anglia, at 17 per cent.
