Delice de France has taken Unit 27e at the Pennygillam Industrial Estate in Launceston on a new six-year lease. Alder King acted for the landlord, a private individual. The tenant, Delice de France was represented by Gerald Eve. Delice de France plan to use the warehouse to store and distribute their products across Cornwall.
