Private healthcare provider Spire Healthcare is expanding its presence at AXA REIM’s Stonebridge Cross Business Park, Pointon Way, Droitwich, by taking a further industrial unit on the park in Worcestershire.
The company has agreed a 12-year lease at an annual rent of £280,190 on a 56,604 sq ft warehouse. There are two buildings totalling 21,420 sq ft and 21,719 sq ft remaining at Stonebridge Cross, with a further 300,000 sq ft of D&B opportunities. Letting agents are Savills and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
