Parcel delivery company City Link has taken ProLogis’ 75,310 sq ft DC3 warehouse at ProLogis Park Heathrow in West London.
City Link is consolidating and expanding from two other non-ProLogis facilities nearby, and will use the new building as its primary distribution centre in West London.
The new facility has 6 dock + 4 level access doors a 10m eaves height as well as a 50kn/sqm floor loading.
ProLogis will fit-out the building according to the customer’s requirements for enhanced heating, lighting and security measures.
The property was being marketed at a rent of £12.95 per sq ft through letting agents CB Richard Ellis and Savills.
