Automotive repair company Kwik Fit Mobile has fitted 200 of its mobile service vehicles with a web-based fleet tracking system from online telematics provider Cybit.
The company will use the system to manage and analyse mobile worker performance.
Simon Lucas, Kwik Fit Mobile operations director, said: “We found Cybit to be holistic in its approach, which enabled us to address many, if not all, of our concerns around customer service, overhead, managing growth, health & safety and our fleet’s carbon footprint. The solution will impact all across our mobile business.”
