A cut-price European retailer has taken a 93,500 sq ft warehouse at Croudace Properties’ Barnwood Point scheme in Gloucester on a five-year lease.
The company plans to use the new premises to relocate part of its distribution facility from continental Europe to the UK, to supply its chain of UK outlets. Noyes Lewis advised the retailer while Alder King and BNP Paribas acted for Croudace.
In Gloucestershire, international stone work surfaces company Cosentino Group is opening its third UK DC and showroom at Gloucester Business Park. The company has invested £2m in a 19,235 sq ft warehouse that will serve the South West, South Wales and Ireland.
