Polar Logistics, the Swedish logistics company, has joined the BDP Global Network – an alliance of small to mid-sized logistics firms.
BDP International is based in the US and operates freight logistics centres in more than 20 cities throughout North America and a network of subsidiaries, joint ventures and strategic partnerships in 121 countries. The company serves more than 4,000 customers worldwide. Clients include Bayer, Cargill, Conoco Phillips, Heineken USA, Honeywell,
Johnson & Johnson, Revlon, Rohm & Haas, Trek Bicycle, Wacker, and others.
Some 18 companies have joined the BDP Global Network from countries in the Asia Pacific, the Americas, Europe and the Middle East.
Tim Frear, director of BDP Global Network Services, the administrative arm of the network, said: “Polar is one of the leading players in the logistics and transport industry in Sweden. They share the same values as BDP and our other members.”
