By wpengineInternational storage and removals company AGS Four Winds has agreed a deal with Kier Properties for a 34,000 sq ft warehouse and office building at Cowley Mill Road in Uxbridge.
The company will take a two-year lease with obligation to purchase for price in excess of £155 per sq ft.
