By wpengineNippon Express has taken a further unit at Ringway Trading Estate in Manchester.
It has agreed a five-year lease on a newly refurbished 21,455 sq ft warehouse known as Unit 12 at a rent of £107,275 a year.
CBRE and King Sturge are the retained letting agents on the Estate. Maxwell Brown acted for Nippon Express UK.
