By wpengineVeolia Transport has agreed terms to establish its new South Wales headquarters just to the north of Cardiff.
The company has taken Beckerly Holdings 56,790 sq ft warehouse known as Unit 1 at Parc Nantgarw and is undertaking a £1m refurbishment of the building.
A further two acres of expansion land was negotiated.
King Sturge acted for Beckerly Holdings while Rapleys advised Veolia.
