By wpengineMechanical engineering company EnerMech has taken a 15-year lease at £6.60 per sq ft on the former Acergy site at Bucksburn, Aberdeen from Stewart Milne Developments.
The Howes Road location consists of 38,000 sq ft of workshops and warehousing, 19,000 sq ft of office space and an extensive open storage yard.
