Crown has launch the ESR 5000 Cold Store Cabin reach truck which is capable of working at minus 30°C.
The new truck’s chassis weld seams and studs are coated with a special wax-based anti-corrosion compound. Exposed electrical connections are covered with silicon sealant, and critical components are fitted with their own thermostatically controlled heaters.
The motor compartment is protected by extra layers of paint and a heavy coat of clear varnish. And by using specially formulated hydraulic oil and coating all moving parts in low-temperature grease,
The truck has airtight windows, coupled with electronically controlled twin heaters and fans plus five adjustable air vents. The door fitted to the ESR 5000 Cold Store Cabin is front-hinged for convenience.
