Clean Linen Services, Launderer and Dry Cleaner to HM The Queen has paid Standard Life Investments £1.9m for a 31,000 sq ft warehouse on Yorktown Industrial Estate in Camberley, Surrey.
The recently refurbished property comprises a 24,000 sq ft industrial/warehousing unit with 7,420 sq ft office accommodation and 57 car parking spaces.
